Bumping into the walls and falling down the stairs can be hazardous to your health.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Or&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Don't go sailing alone over 100 feet off shore and don't forget your Swiss Army knife either... because you never know when you might have to swim back to the shore.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The &lt;i&gt;time&lt;/i&gt; is NOW to make your exit plans. Will you stay or will you go? Can your &lt;i&gt;Wealth &amp; Knowledge&lt;/i&gt; travel with you?... Or remain &lt;u&gt;&lt;i&gt;safe&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt; in a fortress?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These are the dreadful things I have discovered &amp; confirmed for the very near future,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2006-2007 Housing Bubble Crash&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2010-2012 Global Economic Collapse&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Where
